Caravan Park - Conditions
-Dogs of Annual Site Holders must be on a lead at all times within the caravan park area or securely contained within the boundaries of their immediate area. A breach of these conditions may result in a written warning to the dog owner and a second breach may result in the dog being refused entry to the park.
- Dogs of Casual Visitors. One dog is permitted per casual camping site and must be on a lead at all times within the park. The Committee of Management have now adopted a zero tolerance policy for casual visitors' dogs and a breach of these conditions will result in a request to leave the park immediately. There will be no refund of fees paid. The Caretaker can refuse entry to any casual visitor if in the opinion of the Caretaker, the dog presents a real or imagined threat to the friendly nature of the park.
- Two cars/vehicles are permitted per site. Boats can be stored in the boat storage area at the rear of the park or parked in the boat ramp carpark.
- Cars, motorbikes and bicycles must travel at walking speed/ 10km/h. Bike riders must wear a helmet.
- No motorised scooters or bicycles are to be ridden in the park boundaries.
- Electric vehicles, motorised scooters and bicycles are not to be charged in the park. Local charging stations are available at Newstead and Castlemaine.
- Rubbish is to be placed in the bins provided near the Caretaker's House. Cans/plastic bottles can be deposited in the wool packs provided.
- Portable toilet cassettes can be emptied in the Dump Point at the entrance to the park. Please do not empty these into the toilets.
- No excessive noise between 11pm and 8am. Please respect your fellow campers.
